To the designers of this Lexux micro-site: nice job working around out-dated client requirements.
Apparently this client forced upon them the well known “it has to all be above the fold!” and “this gigantic tower of legal jargon needs to be near the fold” and “keep everything narrow. Our research says people usually have small browser windows.” And in this case another requirement: “please put all 29 bullet points right up front, oh but please don’t confuse people either.”

With all that said, I just wanted to point out how well the designers worked within these constraints and still produced an intriguing, good looking, and easy to navigate site. There are some very nice little touches such as the full lexus navigation (likely another requirement) popping overtop on-demand. Scattered throughout the site are some beautiful info-graphic charts that subtly shift in perspective with the mouse movement. And if you visit this site on an iPhone, you’ll still be able to browse the features of the car (though they clearly put minimal effort into this.)
Thanks to Analogue for pointing this site out.
