TWCBC Redesigned Buy Flow

Problem: take an old online purchasing system for a business class telecom company and redesign the appearance and UX to keep more customers. High initial drop rates and subsequent drop off rates were certainly cause of concern, as well as a less than satisfactory buyers experience trying to use the system. For an update to be rolled out later in the year, we simplified and clarified the buy flow into easy to understand steps and components, and allowed the user to easily follow the progress of their order from beginning to end—all with a new, more refined design aesthetic that matched the TWCBC (Time Warner Cable Business Class) brand.
