Upon coming across this website by and for Citrus, I have to say I was refreshed, and not only due to the tagline. First of all this site is a beautiful example of web standards and understanding both the limitations and benefits of getting design, layout, and typography working for the web browser. That of-course doesn’t go into the merits of the color, layout, texture, and typography itself. Its immediately noteworthy that a design portfolio from a studio with a print focus embraces the web so completely.
The other possibility is that the aesthetics of this site simply naturally appeal to my sensibilities. In any case, ‘good work!’ those who put some sweat into this including Art Director Stefan Lucut along with the rest of the team.
